As the founder of Achieve Mentor LLC, Cheryl specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and facilitating transformational workshops.

Since 2019, she has logged over 500 hours of executive coaching, working with leaders from mid-level to the C-suite across diverse industries, including financial services, healthcare, government, and consumer goods. Cheryl also designs and delivers workshops for leadership retreats and strategic C-suite sessions, focusing on emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and innovation.
